1. 主要研究领域为光合膜蛋白的结构与功能。运用冷冻电镜、生物化学及光谱学等手段，解析关键光合膜蛋白超复合物的高分辨率结构，揭示其组装及光能吸收传递机制，探讨光合蛋白的进化路径和光适应策略，为高效光能吸收及转化系统的构建提供理论基础和潜在元件。
